'A Glimpse Through Glass' encapsulates vivid structural botanicals, accompanied with Victorian greenhouse architecture, to create a calming yet invigorating collection of clashing colours with nostalgic associations, biophilic properties and retro design principles. This high-end collection aims to bring the outside in, taking influence from conservation and circularity, to sit within the modern sustainable home. During my degree I have developed a strong eye for colour, taking influence from post-impressionist painters, whilst combining hand craft processes with modern technical developments. I have successfully translated my print designs through live briefs with Burton and Sanderson Design Group, whilst being shortlisted for i-Dott wallpaper competition. I am excited to gain experience in a professional interior design workplace with a practical nature, experimenting with colour and expressive prints.
