Hi I’m Scarlett, a final year BA (Hons) Fashion Design student and Fashanne representative. Throughout the course of my final major project, I have strived to abolish the morals of unsustainable brands that sit within our current fashion industry. This led me to the launch of 'NT:2W', a unisex product range inspired by the utilitarian designs of vintage ski wear. A previous industry led brief, commissioned by the high-end streetwear brand ALLSAINTS, clarified these curiosities in multi-purpose innovations. My recent work placement with the Netflix costume department was an invaluable experience where I acquired an appreciation for collaborative work settings and practiced my patient and diligent work ethic. This motivated me to approach my final year with an engrossed and determined attitude, which has been commended within my degree’s professional outcomes. I am enthused to further my skill set through work in larger environmentally driven work settings following my graduation.
