I am a multidisciplinary artist working primarily with aubergines—not as symbols, but as unstable materials in transformation. My practice explores anti-representational ideas through process-led making, focusing on decay, tactility and material behaviour. I slice, dry, observe, paint and sometimes preserve or cast. What matters is not what an aubergine means, but what it does over time. Working across painting, sculpture and installation, I’m interested in how small, molecular things can carry presence. My work unfolds slowly, shaped by curiosity, intuition and change. Letting materials lead the way, I invite moments that feel unresolved, soft, or in the middle of becoming.
