I am a final year Fashion Knitwear and Knitted Textiles student. My work thought my university journey has always aimed to explore social issues through the medium of knitted fashion. My final major project, East Teach West has been exploring the influence of Japanese design on western culture, through carefully and cleverly constructed 0 waste patterns, with the main focus being on form, texture and silhouette.
