I am a final year BA (Hons) Illustration student that is passionate about showcasing the beauty of the natural world through both analogue and digital practices. I explore textures and shapes through paper collage in order to develop characters and landscapes. Using these methods, I created a children’s picture book in which I utilised metaphor the metaphor of light to create a journey of finding friendship and support. I hope to inspire others with my work and create a space for reflection on our surroundings.
