'Comfortable Conversation' is a collection inspired by microorganisms. This tactile interior collection is designed for use in therapy rooms where recipients may have been affected by HIV. Tonal colours that are known to reduce anxiety and stress feature throughout the collection alongside textural elements created through digital and hand embroidery techniques. Through this collection I aim to challenge the stigma of disease and virus by altering perceptions of negative stigmas surrounding disease into something beautiful. I am passionate about abolishing stigmatisation and promoting awareness to encourage an accepting environment in the future.
