I am a Menswear Designer on the Fashion Design BA (Hons) course with an interest in pattern cutting - I love its balance of creativity, maths, and the 2D–3D (and now 4D) element it has. My practice explores society and culture, engaging with themes such as identity, gender, heritage, and authenticity.
In my graduate project, 'Far Offline' , I have created fashion and products that function as what I’ve begun to call “tech armour,” emphasising the need to reconsider the saturation of technology in everyday life for the future of the human race.
Whilst my course focuses on the design side of fashion, my interests branch out to the business and marketing aspects, which I’ve explored further through work experience and NTU Enterprise workshops and programmes. After graduating, I will begin a one‑month internship at Paul Smith in July, supporting my goal to further explore tailoring.
