Crafting with Nature is about showing how nature is both powerful and beautiful, even when it’s destructive. I was inspired by natural elements like deserts, oceans, storms, and tornadoes, and wanted to show how destruction can still lead to something beautiful. This project also highlights the importance of protecting the environment. Nature isn't trying to hurt us, it's reacting to the damage people have caused. If we don’t take care of it, it will keep fighting back. In my design process, I used fabric manipulation to reflect nature’s destructive energy. I experimented with different techniques and chose frayed loops that move with the garment, placing them throughout my final designs. For my future, my career ambition is to achieve something new and creative. I want to create and showcase my designs to the world and establish my own distinctive and unique fashion brand, allowing me to share my vision.
