Hello, my name is Katie, and I am a third year BA (Hons) Fashion Design student! Throughout my time at NTU, I’ve developed a unique blend of creativity and technical skills that distinguish me in the industry. Coming from a background in textiles has driven me to explore different avenues in clothing creation, including creative pattern cutting and designing minimal and zero waste garments for my final collection. Growing as an individual at university has taught me the value of being confident in my skills and work. I am adaptable and open-minded, always eager to embrace new challenges. My strong work ethic and enthusiasm for fashion inspire me to seek inspiration and push my creative boundaries. Looking ahead, I aim to create sustainable and inclusive collections that open audiences' minds to innovative clothing cherished throughout a garment's lifecycle.
