The primary goal of my project is to gain insights into male consumer trends and psychology, with a specific focus on expanding the modern man’s understanding of outerwear. I aim to enhance my personal knowledge in the realm of modular garments and explore the concept of cyclical fashion. Drawing inspiration from the widely recognized puffa jacket and its cultural significance in UK society, my objective is to create a design that can achieve a similar level of prominence. This design will offer wearers greater versatility while ensuring that men can still blend in without pushing fashion boundaries too far. I strive to encourage men to prioritize longevity and sustainability in their clothing choices while also allowing them to experiment with their style and break free from restrictive norms. By producing high-quality garments, I aim to extend their lifespan and promote the adoption of cyclical business models through modular design.
