I am a final year BA (Hons) Fashion Design student. I came to Nottingham from China to study fashion design. It has been three years since then. Here, I not only mastered a large number of professional production techniques, but also came into contact with a brand-new design thinking mode. I have always endeavoured to incorporate multicultural elements into my works, bringing my own cultural background to the West. During my studies at Nottingham Trent University, I would incorporate some Chinese elements into each of the annual course projects, which also deepened my understanding of cultural integration. After graduation, I hope to return to China to work. I will apply the professional knowledge and cross-cultural design experience I acquired in the UK to practical work. I will strive to create unique fashion works that combine an international perspective with Chinese cultural characteristics, and contribute to the innovative development of China's fashion industry.
