Tallulah Lawson is a London-based costume maker specialising in pattern cutting, tailoring, and historical garment construction. Before returning to complete her third year, she completed a Diploma in Professional Practice, where she gained experience working in opera, ballet, historical recreation, mascot making, and TV production. Through this, she was able to develop a wide range of skills, refine her career focus, and build strong industry connections. In her final year, Tallulah has focused on research-led practice, using historical investigation to inform both design and construction, viewing historical garments as a detective mystery to solve. This approach led to her selection as a finalist for the Patterns of Fashion Award 2026. Tallulah thrives in team environments and is driven by a commitment to continued learning, professional growth, and meaningful creative exchange.
