Simran Johal

I am Simran, a final-year BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing and Branding student at Nottingham Trent University, based in the UK. My work explores the intersection of consumer behaviour, digital culture and brand strategy, with a particular interest in how fashion brands communicate value, relevance and identity in a fast-moving, socially driven landscape. Alongside my studies, I have developed experience across fashion marketing, buying and content creation. This includes working on brand proposals, social media audits and digital content strategies, as well as responding to live briefs such as Adidas, where I created a targeted marketing strategy informed by consumer insight and competitor analysis. After graduating, I hope to pursue a career within fashion marketing or media, working across branding, strategy and digital content.
