Hey, I’m Rebekah - a final year BA (Hons) Fashion Management student. When beginning the course, I had very little expectations of what was to come, all I knew was that I loved fashion and loved business. Now four years on, I have gained a deep interest in sustainability and how fashion brands can decrease their environmental impact. This interest has only been strengthened by my business plan research which opened my eyes further to the true impact of fashion on the planet. I gained much confidence during the course through networking with inspiring industry professionals and visiting many head offices which I found incredibly motivating. Alongside this, I have also gained a passion for merchandising and gained great experience in this role during my placement year. I enjoyed it so much that after graduating, I will return to this role and am excited to further my career in the fashion industry.
