Po Lam Chau, I am a Hong Kong–born photographer currently based in Nottingham, UK, where I am studying photography at Nottingham Trent University.
Working primarily with analogue processes, my practice is rooted in a sensitivity to time, space, and memory, with a focus on subtle phenomena that often go unnoticed in everyday life. My work explores the passage of time and the ways in which movement shapes perception and experience.
I am currently developing an ongoing project that examines the relationship between speed and observation, reflecting on how different modes of movement influence the way we engage with our surroundings.
