As a final-year BA (Hons) Fashion Management student at NTU, I have been able to unite my creative interests with a strong commercial focus. During COVID-19, time spent reflecting in my bedroom prompted me to reassess my future and recognise my passion for fashion and creativity. Exploring options in Scotland showed me that moving further afield would better support my ambitions, ultimately leading me to NTU. Across my first and second year, modules such as range planning, product development and trend analysis prepared me for a placement at Ralph Lauren in London, where I worked on WISSI forecasting, sales analysis and supported line openings. After university, I aim to build a career in the fashion industry, channelling my creative perspective and commercial skills into my passion for sport and active living. In the long term, I aim to bring my retro sportswear business plan to life, an idea I am excited to keep developing after uni.
