I'm Isabella O’Brien, a print specialist studying at Nottingham Trent University. My final year project explores the connection and euphoria of my female friendships, combining bold, abstract prints with graphic fashion pieces that capture their energy. Floral designs pay tribute to my friends and their favourite flowers, adding emotional depth while remaining wearable and commercial. As someone within my target audience, I stay connected to trends through daily interactions and platforms like TikTok, shaping my research direction. My work balances abstract creativity with strong graphic elements to create statement pieces. At NTU, I worked on live briefs with Next and Sainsbury’s TU, winning the Next brief and completing a placement with them. I'm excited to continue developing creatively in the industry post-graduation.
