My final collection, A World Infinite with Wonder, centres around elements of beauty and awe within nature and was inspired by a comment I saw on social media which read “I wish you never lose the childlike curiosity that allows the world to be infinite with wonder’’. I wanted to create garments that had interesting elements of volume and movement that replicated the organic flow of nature in a luxurious and engaging way. I transferred to Knitwear after completing my first year in Textile Design. Last year I completed a year long placement in London as part of my degree and after I graduate I would like to work abroad to further expand my knowledge of the fashion and knitwear industry.
