Eleanor Lindsey

I am a graduating costume design and construction student with a passion for craftsmanship, community, and storytelling through fabric and thread. With a strong foundation in sewing and garment construction, I create high-quality, detail-focused costumes that are both visually striking and built to last. My work explores the relationship between costume and character, with a focus on how design can reflect and support narrative and identity. I bring a hands-on, thoughtful approach to every stage of a project, from concept to final stitch. During university, I specialised in millinery and pattern making, combining creativity with technical skill. I’ve explored a wide range of techniques, including draping, fabric manipulation, and hand-finishing. This portfolio highlights my ability to turn ideas into refined, wearable pieces that balance structure with artistic flair.
