I am a BA (Hons) Design for Film and TV student in my final year of study. I have always been inspired by immersive set design. At Nottingham Trent University, I have found my passion in building convincing spaces for storytelling, from concept to construction drawing. In the second year, I won the Vectorworks Design Scholarship Award in the entertainment category for my project ‘Blood Wedding’. I have also taken part in many work experience opportunities in the art department for various studios, including Lucasfilm. These experiences have been incredibly valuable and have informed my practice throughout my final year whilst providing me with the validation to push forward with my career aspirations. After university, I hope to begin a career in the art department, working on films, television and beyond. I’d love to be involved in creating unique environments for audiences, enabling me to contribute to a team to realise projects for many others to experience.
