Hannah Gallier
I am a final year BA (Hons) Illustration student whose practice has always aimed to create pieces of work that express my almost imagination and creativity. This is something that I think many people living today have lost whilst growing up. Most of my work follows an advertisement path or more recently prints, becoming posters for the media or by bringing awareness to a topic. My project, 'Identity: Falling into a Daydream' brings awareness to an uncommon mental disorder called "Maladaptive Day-Dreaming" and how it lures you into the false sense of security by this feeling of freedom when in reality traps you. After graduating, I aim to connect with someone in advertisement, hopefully to continue telling stories through vivid imaginative artwork.
