I’m an enthusiastic Graphic Designer from Nottingham. My passion when it comes to design is branding, illustration and mark making. I find my best pieces come from showing my expression through mark making, the patterns I create come from the concept behind the briefs. My Penguin brief consisted of making patterns from paper as it relates to the books Penguin sells. My work is a combination of physical and digital. When it comes to the physical process, I enjoy being able to generate my ideas by hand. The digital side comes into play when refining a project after letting all my ideas flow onto the paper. Since coming to university, I found my interest in branding and coming up with unique ideas that push my thinking. University has taught me to be confident within my work and grow as a designer by challenging myself. The goal for me is to see my branding, being sold in common spaces for the public to buy.
