Drawing from my own experiences in sports and a curiosity about how training and ‘physical optimism’ are represented in the media, my self-devised project Gym Bro explores the complexities of gym culture among young men. It aims to challenge the toxicity often found in online fitness spaces by offering a more positive and authentic perspective. I specialise in analysing social and industry trends, using visual storytelling to highlight the intersection of fashion, media, and culture. My strengths lie in creating unique brand narratives and engaging graphic content that bring each project’s message to life.
