I am a final year BA (Hons) Fine Art Student who has a focus in Stop Motion and Sculpture. I have had an interest in Animation for many years and had the opportunity to do it as my optional module during my second year, I have expanded my skills to stop motion and took a liking to using old media to present my animations. I use an old digital cameras and CRT Monitors to display my work. I have taken a liking to the look and atmosphere this gives my work and use it to my advantage; I have been developing my skills for under a year and see my practice taking form. I post my finished and on-going projects on YouTube, my first Stop Motion ‘Creature Feature’ is what started this journey into my current practice I made this animation with help from Noah Metcalf. I received a lot of positive feedback from these projects I want to keep learning and aim for higher with this work and hope to work in a company that I can work with others make something immersive and exciting.
