I’m Mia, a final-year BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion student at NTU. My biggest passion is photography, but I also enjoy creative direction and graphic design, especially through print and publication. I love working behind the lens to create visuals that explore identity, emotion and self-expression through visually led concepts and I would describe my main style as dark, grunge and gothic. During my time at NTU, I’ve been able to develop my photography and editorial skills through a range of creative briefs, whilst also finding my personal style and collaborating with others. My favourite piece of work is this gothic shoot I created for my first-year publication, which also influenced the direction of my final year self-devised project. After graduating, I hope to pursue my dream career in fashion and gig photography by connecting with others and taking on as many creative opportunities as possible.
