Laura Wood

I am a Fashion Marketing & Branding student at Nottingham Trent University, specialising in brand strategy, digital marketing, and experience-led design. My work explores how brands can move beyond transactional models to create meaningful, community-led experiences. My final project, Common Ground, reimagines vacant high-street spaces as accessible, nature-led environments designed to support everyday wellbeing through low-pressure, shared interaction. Alongside this, I have developed a strong interest in digital innovation, demonstrated through a prototype app concept exploring augmented reality for financial decision-making. I have contributed to live marketing campaigns, where my promotional design work was selected and implemented across both in-store and digital channels. I am most particularly interested in brand strategy, cultural insight, and creative communications, and I am seeking opportunities within digital marketing and brand-focused roles.
