Lola Sanchez Montes

I'm a final year BA (Hons) Textile Design student specialising in print, fascinated by digital arts, emerging technology and the surreal world of dreams. My final project Inquisition into the Subconscious fuses digital manipulation, animation and traditional methods to create immersive dreamscapes that blur reality and imagination. Influenced by Salvador Dalí, Elizaveta Porodina and Iris van Herpen, my work explores perception, distortion and escapism, aiming to merge digital and physical realms to craft transformative, multi-sensory experiences. I design for print, fashion, and interiors, with experience at Next creating playful graphics for boys wear. Previous projects like Synthetic Eden and a Liberty London collaboration explore AI in design, earning me the Sainsbury’s Innovation Award. After graduation, I plan to pursue a career in digital design or graphics, continuing to explore new technologies and redefine the boundaries of creative expression.
