Hello! I am a BA (Hons) Illustration student and tattoo artist from Nottingham. I love to work with textiles because of how it feels to create things that can be explored through touch as well as sight, and that if someone holds my work they can feel how I made it. I like to tackle conversations around class and society in a way which highlights the joy of being alive, and I strive to bring my work to areas with minimal access to the arts, like the area I grew up in. Outside of university I work as a tattoo artist where people let me use them as a sentient canvas, which I think is the highest compliment I'll ever achieve, and I love that I get to decorate people as my way of living. After graduating, I plan on tattooing full-time so that I can continue to grow my portfolio and take every illustration opportunity I get.
