Hi! I’m Eeman Áríké Lawal, a multidisciplinary illustrator and graphic designer from Nigeria, currently based in the UK. Raised in the Middle East, my work blends West African heritage with the visual language of my upbringing, balancing clean, elegant design with narrative depth. I typically explore a mix of playful and profound themes— childhood, the beauty of the natural world, and appreciation of small moments, alongside deeper reflections on social issues. My practice spans illustrative packaging, editorial layouts, sculptural work, and brand design, always aiming for emotionally grounded and visually thoughtful outcomes. After graduating, I hope to work in studios that value bespoke, beautifully crafted solutions or within the stationery and homeware space! I’m especially drawn to projects that elevate the everyday through intentional, tactile design.
