I'm a mixed media illustrator, that loves exploring themes like nostalgia, youth culture, identity, nature and technology. In my practice I use various mediums that include collage, photography, painting, print, and digital editing to create visually captivating and thought-provoking images. I am often inspired by pop culture, social media, and my own personal experiences. I love reinterpreting magazine imagery, layering textures, and distorting visuals to reflect social media’s impact on society. A recent project I have enjoyed exploring is PLACE, which explores how clubbing culture is a vital part of society which brings, joy, unity and community to many. I moved away from digital editing, and began embracing a much more hands on approach to my practice, this process really helped my work reflect the loose, free and authentic nature that clubs bring socially. I have a background in media production and art & design, which has helped me develop my creative practices.
