I’m Charlotte, a final-year BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion student with a passion for fashion photography and creative direction. As part of Gen Z, I’ve become fascinated by the behaviours and identities shaped by the rise of social media, a landscape I’ve grown up immersed in. My self-devised project Puppets of the Feed explores the impact of digital environment and seeks to engage the next generation of changemakers through striking visuals and a compelling campaign, encouraging the consumer to question their role in shaping the digital world. An interest in brand communication led me to explore storytelling through editorial imagery. I had the opportunity to shoot for Perl Cosmetics, with the creative freedom to shape the visuals myself. This experience confirmed my ambition to continue in this field. Looking ahead, I hope to work with forward-thinking brands to create impactful campaigns and visually powerful narratives that resonate.
