As an illustrator, I continuously draw inspiration for my artwork from my dreams, recollections, and experiences. I believe we are what we have been through. In other words, our identity is shaped from our memories and life experiences. Most of the time, I believe, we underestimate the significance of initial experiences. When you do something for the first time, there are some aspects you can never repeat, such as enthusiasm, pleasure, fear, or curiosity. Therefore, each stage of our lives is like a gate through which we can pass to become a completely different person. Through my practice I try to emphasize how important life experiences are in forming our personalities. I'm mainly focused on digital painting and illustration and creating two dimensional surreal worlds and environments with realistic components. Depending on the complexity of my idea, I use either procreate or adobe photoshop.
