I am an MA Graphic Communication student whose work focuses mainly on brand design. A lot of my practice is based on the playfulness of design, finding a unique voice that resonates with an audience and helps communicate a core message. My project, 'sweet spot', is about food waste and looks at students creating environmental change through a simple solution, a sexy fruit and veg swap. As part of my MA, I was also awarded the Influencer Award at the University's Creative Changemakers Awards for 'Religion as a Second Skin'. This group project looked at social injustice faced by people of different backgrounds and how a garment is representative of peace yet often misconstrued as the opposite. After graduating, I hope to continue to explore my depth of design by challenging myself with new briefs that will further strengthen my skills as a graphic designer.
