I grew up in Italy, captured by the Italian manifestation of tastes in terms of fashion and cuisine. NTU provided me with tools and skills to demonstrate fashion and food have a long-lasting affair rooted in history. I am designing a marketing strategy to enhance gustatory associations with brands. Can tiramisù be Fendi or viceversa?
