Freya Holland

I am Freya Holland, a BA (Hons) Fashion Management student who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering quality work. Throughout my degree, I have developed strong independent working skills alongside the ability to collaborate effectively within group project environments. My dissertation explores the factors affecting Generation Z decision‑making between branded and own brand products. This interest developed during a Merchandising placement at Footasylum, where I gained valuable industry insight and strengthened my analytical and commercial thinking. I also gained experience in buying, supply chain and sourcing through work experience, giving me a holistic view of the wider industry. I have grown in confidence, knowledge and experience, and am now excited to apply these skills to my future career. Beyond graduating, I aim to secure a Merchandising role, where I can continue building my portfolio and expanding my skillset in an industry I am passionate about.
