I am a MA Fashion Marketing student whose work explores fashion, identity, and hidden narratives within global production systems. Growing up as a South Asian woman, my understanding of craft is deeply connected to cultural heritage and experiences of silence, which have shaped my interest in whose voices are heard and whose are overlooked.
My final major project, *The Silent Hands: Invisible Artisans*, investigates the hidden labour behind the fashion industry through an interactive cube installation. The work highlights issues of visibility, value, and cultural preservation, encouraging viewers to look beyond fashion’s polished surface and recognise the people behind it.
After graduating, I hope to pursue a career in fashion marketing and creative strategy, creating campaigns that champion transparency and ethical storytelling.
