I am an MA Graphic Communication student and graphic designer specialising in Arabic typography. My practice explores the history, structure and visual potential of Arabic letterforms, examining how typography can connect cultural heritage with contemporary design.
Through research, experimentation and type design, I investigate new approaches to Arabic scripts while preserving their cultural significance. My work is informed by historical references, traditional calligraphy, and ancient writing systems, which I reinterpret through modern typographic methods and visual communication.
I am passionate about expanding the possibilities of Arabic typography and contributing to its development within contemporary graphic design. By combining cultural research with creative innovation, I create typefaces and visual outcomes that celebrate Arabic visual culture while encouraging dialogue around identity, language, and design.
