Victoria Ginn

I’m Vicky Ginn, a graphic designer with a keen interest in branding, identity design and illustration. Whilst I love using digital media to develop visual language, I often find myself using analogue methods to start a project. As a relentless creative, I approach projects from multiple angles with a variety of techniques. I'm an iterative designer, testing and testing to ensure a project has the most effective outcome. Whilst at NTU, I found the magic behind many projects is subverting expectations and I love repositioning products to challenge mainstream design. This includes my children's picture book 'It’s okay being Pip' that never illustrates the characters, but uses texture, colour and movement to explore the concept of open-ended play as well as my suncream brand 'Sun Puppy' that uses a winter campaign to advocate for daily UV protection. In the future, I hope to find myself surrounded by creatives at an agency or studio, absorbing knowledge and continuing to do the unexpected.
