As a BA (Hons) Fashion Communication & Promotion student, I’ve developed a passion for all things physical media, specifically centring around graphic design and visual communication in print and publication formats. Studying at NTU has enabled me to gain skills in a variety of analogue mediums - from screen and Risograph printing to zine making. I also enjoy written storytelling; writing articles and conducting projects that explore the intersection between pop-culture, music and fashion - sparked by spending a term at FIT in New York. My final project, Club Viv, explored how the central themes that allowed subcultures to flourish could be reimagined for a modern context, taking the form of a conceptual membership club for Vivienne Westwood and offering a space for young creatives to come together and find community. After graduating, I hope to continue creating conversation around pop-culture and society, gaining experience in visual communication and creative direction.
