I am a final year BA (Hons) Costume Design and Construction student. My specialism lies within historical and fantasy costumes for both stage and screen. Having a deep interest in historical fashion, I have cultivated skills in historical-accurate making, historical researching, and blending this with my own artistry to create both period accurate and period inspired pieces. As I move forward, I hope to continue growing my knowledge and specialise in historical costuming. Throughout this course I have nurtured skills in researching and designing, as well as making, and have also been exposed to new skills such as millinery, which has allowed me to gain further interests into headwear and its ability to transform a costume.
