I am a final year BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion student, allowing me to develop invaluable skills in both visual and verbal communication and gained insight into the professional fashion world. My passion for events and desire to travel influences my work. My recent work explores the impact of the global pandemic on people’s mental health, in particular the heightened levels of social anxiety it caused and how this affected people’s habits to attending nightlife events. My project 'The Hangout x Trip' visualises a social, nightlife space in collaboration with TRIP drinks for people suffering with social anxiety in post-pandemic society. My space provides opportunities for social interaction in small group setting to help individuals to feel less overwhelmed. The hangout x Trip was viewed on TikTok by TRIP and received feedback that they love the idea and visuals used. Post-graduation, I hope to pursue a career in the events industry, as an event planner or coordinator.
