Jasmine Quinlan
My name is Jasmine Quinlan, I am a visual communicator who studies BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion. As a freelance artist and photographer, I have immersed myself in Nottingham’s creative community, finding inspiration through locally produced art, fashion and music. My work combines artistic play, political expression, and cutting-edge imagery to capture culturally relevant moments through the lens of art and design. My final project ‘Dirty Working’, encapsulates the essence of my creative mind, exploring the influence of urban culture, and promoting graffiti art as a means of social change. Everything I create is intentionally over-produced and maximalist, with an artistic edge, incorporating my passion for expressive, abstract art. My passion for conceptual ideation and creative storytelling has inspired me to pursue a career in art direction. I enjoy searching for the deeper meaning behind mundane aspects of life, capturing the beauty in the ordinary world.
