Elizabeth Walton
As a recent graduate of Design for Theatre and Live Performance, I have found my passions and strengths lie within model making, set making and scenic painting. My favourite projects were definitely the two 'Construct The Moments' where I watched in awe as we brought to life bits of wood and polystyrene to accurately replicate a part of our historic building. Other projects that have shaped me was my Delfont Mackintosh project, where we had complete freedom to choose. I based my show on a Nordic pagan band, to honour my Nordic/Irish/Pagan heritage. Lastly, my final heritage project pushed me to realise just how much I love designing, and making that design with my own hands, but also working with a client; the National Justice Museum. With a slow way of life, living in a narrowboat, tending to my allotment and hens, I have an appreciation for character, thoughtfulness and sustainability. Everything matters with how I live, and where ever I can, I'll reuse, recycle and conserve things.
