I am an artist who recently has worked with multimedia works form air dry clay to installations and acrylic painting. Born in Cyprus and moving to the UK art became a translatable form of communication that had connected me to the subject further. I have always been inspired from a variety of elements and have explored topics such as homelessness, nature and memory. Taking in moments whether they are personal or collective experiences and transform them into my own form of expression, due to this I enjoy playing with multi-media to create work and won't always stick to one media. In 2019 I took part in a 90 minute competition run by Battlelines which included myself and an opponent drawing with Posca pens in front of a live audience that later voted the winner. I also involved myself with a feminist zine published by Paper Rhino which are based in Peterborough, creating with other artists. Working with commissioners and people from the art community is something I hope to take forward.
