As Matty Healy wrote, “If nothing is revealed then everything is denied”. My artistic vision puts authenticity at the forefront of design. I champion genuine stories through my photography and graphic design to give a voice to real people. In my recent project I criticised the current fashion image landscape which pressures girls to uphold unrealistic standards of perfectionism. My fashion image story entitled “The 6am Commute, an ode to missing the bus.” intimately encourages girls to embrace their carelessness, being proud of their own mayhem. My work is bold, disrupting and at times nostalgic, paying homage to stories of social justice or moments in time. I have an eye for discovery and I embed artistic and cultural references within my projects. I aim to create real change within the fashion communication industry, helping brands and creative agencies challenge outdated perspectives.
