Yongsuk Chang is a creative designer who presents works through various experiments, without limits on materials. He has built a career in the design industry for the past 5 years and now continues his art work based on South Korea and the UK. He values communication with audience over his work and expresses his own story in it. Through this, he believes the work is completed by incorporating the interpretation and emotions of each audience to the work. His current project is about sustainability. He focused on creating lots of wastes when he works with variety of materials. He uses discarded things in work and encourages a change in audience’s perception of consumption patterns and recycled materials through the work. Also, through a research on the impact of a brand-led movement on individual’s perception, he expects positive interaction between consumers and brands by installing his work containing digital elements in commercial spaces.
