I'm a multidisciplinary designer with a keen interest in packaging and branding. To me, graphic design is a creative vehicle to translate my energy and ideas into visual interpretations; to inspire and communicate these themes to the public. As someone who loves cooking (and eating), I have an interest in food and drink packaging, I love the idea of creating something exciting out of something that can be seen as mundane, bringing a bit of joy into other people's lives through the everyday. I am also passionate about promoting sustainability, mental health and other important issues through playful and interactive design, combining witty copyright with bold typography to connect with an audience. Insight is an important aspect of my creative process, finding that inspiration behind a brand's story and using this in the visual identity. For example, Gutted beer was inspired by research into probiotics, using abstract bacteria patterns and vibrant colour palettes.
