I’m Katherine, but most people call me Kathy. I’m currently studying for a degree in Fashion Design. Specialising in unisex wear, I love working with texture, colour, and print. I’m very enthusiastic about designing and styling and emphasising the details and accents of a garment. To enhance this experience, I volunteered as a visual merchandiser for the Sue Ryder Spring Fashion Show. I like to base my projects on topics that are close to my heart, dance, and positive mental health. My style of design has evolved but has always been individual, using sustainable materials and innovative designs. From an early age, I’ve been around the creatives of the family which have greatly influenced my passion and direction for design, I have Eastern European heritage, this year I created a brand that carries on the ‘lost’ family name, Bielowski.studios. In the future I would love to develop my brand into a freelance styling business.
