I am Ka Hay Lai (Rachel). I am a Graphic Design student at Nottingham Trent University. Simple and clean are the styles of my design. I think that ‘less is more’ is my design principle since simplicity has well-optimised visuals. I love working on branding and packaging and this are the parts of the course I most enjoy. Mush, a coffee bean brand that I have designed when I was in second year is the project that I have most enjoyed from across the three years. Beside from creating it’s brand identity, I designed the packaging, poster and a website for this brand. For my future plans, I would like to work as a brand designer or UI / UX designer. I have designed website for the Mush project and my final year project and I really enjoy working on UI/ UX.
