Discovering my passion for making in 2014, my interest in Specialty Costume exploded. From superheroes, to sci-fi, and fantasy, I love bringing these unusual costumes and props to life. Specifically, as a maker, I enjoy the challenges that come with translating designs into reality. Previously I have worked on Dame costumes for pantomimes, and large marathon runner costumes resembling London landmarks. These were both very enjoyable projects that encouraged my passion for unusual costume construction. Going forward I want to work on high-end film and TV. I feel that this would provide me with the experience to develop my skills further, working with skilled professionals and learning all I can from them. I know I have a lot left to learn, so the opportunity to enhance my skillset is something I am very keen on.
